All account balances on fe777 are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). fe777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All transactions are processed in BDT at the time of the transaction. fe777 is not responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred by the player at their bank or payment provider.
Bonuses and Promotions

The following conditions apply to all bonuses issued by fe777 unless the specific terms of a given promotion state otherwise:

- Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the validity window stated for each bonus. Expired bonus balance and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
- A player may hold only one active bonus at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active does not automatically trigger a new bonus — the player must opt in to each promotion separately.
- Free spins are valid only on the specific game(s) designated in the promotion. Free spin winnings are added as bonus balance and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion.

Game Rules and Fair Play

In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or connectivity failure during a game round, fe777 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to the state it was in immediately before the interruption. Where this is not possible, fe777 may cancel the affected round and refund the relevant stake to the player's account as a gesture of goodwill. fe777 is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions outside its direct control, including internet provider outages and device failures.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances — including real-money balance, bonus balance, and pending withdrawals — held in the account at the time of the breach:
- Operating more than one fe777 account, whether personally or through a proxy, family member, or associate acting on your behalf.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, exploit game outcomes, or manipulate the platform in any way.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, sports event, or betting market available on fe777.
- Depositing funds that originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. fe777 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious transactions without notice.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at registration or during subsequent verification checks, including uploading forged identity documents.
- Attempting to exploit a technical error, pricing mistake, or platform vulnerability to gain a financial advantage — including claiming bonuses or placing bets at odds that fe777 has published in error.
fe777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests and conduct a full account investigation before closing any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an active investigation, the account will be suspended and the player will not have access to funds until the investigation is concluded.
Account Suspension and Termination
fe777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if fe777 determines, in its sole and reasonable judgment, that the account holder has breached these Terms, has engaged in prohibited conduct, has provided false information, or represents a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
A player may voluntarily close their fe777 account at any time by contacting fe777 support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC verification requirements have been completed and no active bonus is attached to the account balance.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, fe777 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any real-money deposits made after the breach occurred, any bonus balance, and any pending withdrawal amounts. fe777 will not be liable to the account holder for any losses arising from an account closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fe777, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the fe777 platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if fe777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
fe777's total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not in any circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fe777 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
fe777 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances outside fe777's control. fe777 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will notify users of planned maintenance periods where practicable.
